This database is devoted to the collection of human mutations in the Moroccan population.

It was initiated in 2007 and is currently maintained by the Department of Medical Genetics of Institut National d'Hygiene Rabat (Prof. Abdelaziz Sefiani).

The aim of this database is to provide researchers and health professionals with up to date information about
mutations in various genes known to cause genetic disorders and detected in Moroccan patients.

Since the purpose of this database is to facilitate research and molecular diagnosis, we urge our colleagues to give us feedback and suggestions to continue to ensure the quality of the data.
